Dina Titus (D-NV), Chair

Serving the First Congressional District of Nevada, Congresswoman Dina Titus has served as both an educator and a public servant. As a professor, Dr. Titus taught American and Nevada government classes from 1979 through June 2011 at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where she has professor emeritus status.

In 1988, Dina was elected to represent the people of District Seven in the Nevada State Senate, serving as the Democratic Minority Leader from 1993 to 2008. During her service in the Legislature, Dina was a champion for quality education and renewable energy development, and a strong advocate on behalf of Nevada’s children, seniors, and persons with disabilities.

Currently in her seventh term in the U.S. House of Representatives, Rep Titus is a member of the House Committees on Transportation and Infrastructure, Foreign Affairs, and Homeland Security.

Don Beyer (D-VA)

Congressman Don Beyer is serving his fourth term as the U.S. Representative from Virginia’s 8th District, representing Arlington, Alexandria, Falls Church, and parts of Fairfax County. He serves the Chairman of Congress' Joint Economic Committee and serves on the House Committee on Ways and Means, and on the House Committee on Science Space and Technology, where he chairs the Space Subcommittee.

President Obama nominated Rep. Beyer to serve as Ambassador to Switzerland and Liechtenstein in 2009.

Congressman Beyer is a member of the Ways and Means Committee and the Chairman of the Joint Economic Committee.

Julia Brownley (D-CA)

Congresswoman Brownley represents California’s 26th District. She was first elected to Congress in 2012. As Chairwoman of the Health Subcommittee, Brownley focuses on improving veterans’ access to mental and physical health care, improving services for female veterans, and helping service members transition from the military to the VA health care system. One of Brownley’s signature achievements was passing her Female Veterans Suicide Prevention Act in 2016, which would require VA to collect data on women veterans in order to identify best practices, programs, and services to end female veteran suicide. Brownley also secured passage of the Deborah Sampson Act, the most comprehensive legislation for women veterans in a decade. The bill, which was signed into law in January 2021, will help address the inequities and barriers that women veterans face when accessing VA care and benefits.

James Clyburn (D-SC)

James E. Clyburn is the Majority Whip and the third-ranking Democrat in the United States House of Representatives. He previously served in the post from 2007 to 2011 and served as Assistant Democratic Leader from 2011 to 2019.

When he came to Congress in 1993 to represent South Carolina’s sixth congressional district, Congressman Clyburn was elected co-president of his freshman class and quickly rose through leadership ranks. He was subsequently elected Chairman of the Congressional Black Caucus, Vice Chair, and later Chair, of the House Democratic Caucus.

Steven Cohen (D-TN)

Congressman Cohen was first elected in 2006 representing the 9th Congressional District of Tennessee. He is a member of the House Committee on the Judiciary, House Committee on Transportation & Infrastructure, and House Committee on Natural Resources. He is the Chairman of the Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights and Civil Liberties and Co-Chair of the Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe (Helsinki Commission)

Chris Deluzio (D-PA)

Congressman Deluzio represents Pennsylvania’s 17th district; elected in 2022, Deluzio is serving his first term in Congress. The district includes all of Beaver County and parts of Allegheny County. Congressman Deluzio is a native of Thornburg and lives with his family and dog Yankee Doodle in Aspinwall. Congressman Deluzio is an Iraq War veteran, voting rights attorney, and union organizer. He graduated from Bishop Canevin High School and received a Bachelor of Science degree with merit from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis. Congressman Deluzio serves as the Vice Ranking Member on the House Veterans Affairs Committee and sits on the Subcommittee on Health and the Subcommittee on Disability Assistance and Memorial Affairs.

Adriano Espaillat (D-NY)

U.S. Representative Adriano Espaillat represents New York’s 13^th Congressional District and was first elected to Congress in 2016.

Representative Espaillat currently serves as a member of the House Committee on Appropriations, the House Committee on Education and Labor, and the Congressional Hispanic Caucus (CHC), where he serves in a leadership role as the Second Vice Chair. Representative Espaillat is a member of the Congressional Progressive Caucus, where he serves as Deputy Whip, and he serves as a Senior Whip of the Democratic Caucus.

Lois Frankel (D-FL)

First elected in 2016, Congresswoman Frankel represents Florida’s 21st district.

Congresswoman Frankel sits on the House Appropriations Committee and as of this session, on the House Committee on Veteran's Affairs and is co-chair of the Democratic Women's Caucus.

Raúl Grijalva (D-AZ)

Congressman Raul Grijalva is the U.S. representative for Arizona's 3rd congressional district since 2003.

In 2018, Raúl became Chair of the House Natural Resources Committee. He also serves on the Committee on Education and the Workforce and is the Chairman Emeritus of the Congressional Progressive Caucus, as well as a long-standing member of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus.

Jerry Nadler (D-NY)

Congressman Jerry Nadler represents New York’s 12th District. Rep. Nadler began his career in public service in 1976 in the New York State Assembly. Representing the Upper West Side, he served as a Democratic Assemblyman for 16 years and played a significant role in shaping New York State law concerning child support enforcement and domestic abuse, as well as making major contributions to housing, transportation, and consumer protection policy in the state. In 1992, Rep. Nadler was elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in a special election and has served in Congress ever since. He was re-elected to his sixteenth full term in 2022. Nadler is the Ranking Member of the House Judiciary Committee.

Pat Ryan (D-NY)

Congressman Pat Ryan represents New York’s 18th District. Rep. Ryan served two combat tours in Iraq, earning two Bronze Stars. Gregorio Kilili Camacho Sablan (D-MP)

Congressman Gregorio Kilili Camacho Sablan is the first and only person to represent the people of the Northern Mariana Islands in the U.S. House of Representatives. He began service on January 6, 2009 and has been reelected to office six times.

Representative Sablan is the Chairman of the Subcommittee on Early Childhood, Elementary and Secondary Education of the House Committee on Education and Labor and he also serves as Vice Chair for Insular Affairs on the House Committee on Natural Resources with leadership responsibility for all insular area issues and is a Member on its National Parks, Forests and Public Lands Subcommittee.

Eric Swalwell (D-CA)
