In April, AARO made a submission to the Senate Finance Committee relating to its hearing of March 25 on U.S. International Tax Policy. The Committee is advanced in following up with proposed legislation.
In August Senators Wyden, Brown, and Warner requested comments from the public on an International Tax Reform Framework “Discussion Draft” outlining the strategic design it envisages for the law and signaling some issues as yet undecided in the draft.
AARO’s banking committee chairman, Paul Atkinson and president, William Jordan submitted comments on September 3 to the U.S. Senate Committee on Finance.
